LETS PLAY CATCH UP!
Do you feel like you've fallen behind in your fitness? Do you need a boost in daily activity? Well then lets start having fun by improving our current fitness level. nothing happens over night! If you want serious results you need to be committed to your regiment by making fitness your lifestyle.

Classes start at 9am in Harlem. locations change. call for more info.
•What to expect:
EVERY SESSION PROMISES A UNIQUE COMBINATION OF CONDITIONING DRILLS, AND FUNCTIONAL TRAINING DESIGNED TO PUSH YOU BEYOND YOUR CURRENT LEVEL OF FITNESS. EACH PERSON WORKS AT THEIR OWN PACE. Class will end with a short yoga routine to reduce inflammation and increase relaxation. Tai Chi instruction is also offered at the end of class to those interested.THE FORM WE USE IS THE CHENG MAN CHING YANG STYLE 37 POSTURE SHORT FORM.
•what to bring:
water, yoga mat, hand towel, and a "can do, will try" attitude.
the class is a donation based class. Pay anywhere from $5 - $25 or pay nothing. Pay what you can if you can. Payments can be made in class or by clicking the donate button below.
